Cleared Salesforce Developer – U.S. Citizenship Required

About the Role
We are hiring two Cleared Salesforce Developers to support mission-driven federal projects in Fairfax, VA. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance (Secret or higher preferred). The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC

• Build secure and responsive UI components with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Write optimized queries with SOQL/SOSL

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in a secure environment

• Ensure compliance with federal security and IT standards

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Active Public Trust clearance (Secret or higher preferred)

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL/SOSL

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado)

• Knowledge of federal IT compliance/security requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
