US IT Staffing – Business Partner

DMVTEK LLC (Falls Church, Virginia) is expanding its U.S. IT staffing network and inviting skilled recruiters and staffing professionals to collaborate as Business Partners.

We manage all U.S. backend operations — contracts, invoicing, compliance, payroll, and insurance — while you focus on building relationships, sourcing candidates, and closing placements.

This partnership is designed for professionals who understand the U.S. IT recruitment process, including bench sales and client/vendor engagement, and want to earn recurring monthly income through transparent profit-sharing.

Your Role

• Identify and connect with U.S. clients and vendors who require IT consultants.

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles.

• Manage bench consultants and find projects for them.

• Understand and work confidently with U.S. work authorizations (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).

• Coordinate with DMVTEK’s U.S. operations team for onboarding, documentation, and payroll.

Earnings Structure

Your effort directly defines your income — and it’s completely transparent.

• You earn 30% of the net profit from every consultant you successfully place.

• The average net profit per consultant ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 per month.

• That means your typical share is $300 to $500 per month, per consultant.

• You continue to get paid your full 30% share every month for as long as your placed consultant(s) remains active on the client’s project.

• There are no caps, no deductions, and no limits — your income grows as your placements grow.

• DMVTEK provides full financial transparency so you can see the client invoice, consultant pay rate, and exact profit calculation for every placement.

Ideal Partner

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment, staffing, or bench sales.

• Proven ability to find clients or vendor partners and manage candidate pipelines.

• Strong understanding of visa types and U.S. hiring workflows.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment to growth.
