We are seeking driven Business Development Managers in India to act as our business partners focused exclusively on bringing new U.S. clients for IT staffing and consulting services.
You will be the frontline in developing new business—no delivery or recruiting responsibilities—just pure client acquisition and relationship building.
Identify and secure new U.S. clients and vendor companies that hire through IT staffing vendors.
Present DMVTEK’s staffing solutions and negotiate rates and agreements.
Collaborate with our U.S. delivery team to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain long-term relationships and continuously expand your client portfolio.
Your earnings come directly from the clients you bring to DMVTEK.
You receive 20 % of the net profit from every consultant placed under your client accounts.
Payments are recurring monthly for the entire duration that the consultant remains on that project—whether it’s six months or three years.
DMVTEK provides complete transparency: you can view invoice amounts, consultant pay rates, and profit reports for your accounts.
An additional 10 % of the profit goes to the recruiter who sourced the consultant—creating a fair team-based model.

Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. IT staffing business development or account acquisition.
Proven ability to secure new clients and negotiate staffing agreements.
Strong understanding of U.S. hiring models (H-1B, GC, C2C, W2, etc.).
