A+ Instructor

In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive training that covers computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting fundamentals as outlined in the CompTIA A+ certification. We’re seeking a dedicated educator with hands-on IT expertise and a passion for helping students build strong technical foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development:
Design and update course materials, lab exercises, and assessments that align with CompTIA A+ standards and industry best practices. - Instruction & Delivery:
Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions to teach computer hardware, operating systems, troubleshooting techniques, and network fundamentals. - Student Engagement:
Mentor and evaluate students’ progress through hands-on projects, exams, and interactive learning sessions while providing timely feedback and support. - Industry Alignment:
Stay current with evolving technology trends and A+ certification updates to ensure course content remains relevant and valuable.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant industry certification such as CompTIA A+ is required.
- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
