Cleared Salesforce Developer – U.S. Citizenship Required
About the Role
We are hiring two Cleared Salesforce Developers to support mission-driven federal projects in Fairfax, VA. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance (Secret or higher preferred). The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
- Build secure and responsive UI components with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Write optimized queries with SOQL/SOSL
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in a secure environment
- Ensure compliance with federal security and IT standards
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Public Trust clearance (Secret or higher preferred)
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado)
- Knowledge of federal IT compliance/security requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
