DMVTEK is expanding into government contracting and is seeking an experienced GovCon professional to join our team on a partnership basis.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and pursue opportunities including RFPs, RFQs, and direct contracts
• Research federal, state, and enterprise opportunities aligned with our services
• Lead and collaborate on proposal development and submission
• Work closely with our internal team to deliver high-quality, competitive bids
• Clearly communicate strategy, approach, and decision-making behind each pursuit
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in government contracting and proposal processes
• Strong understanding of navigating and winning contract opportunities
• Ability to take ownership and operate independently
• Clear communicator with a structured and strategic mindset
• Consistent, reliable, and committed to long-term growth
Focus Areas
• IT staffing and staff augmentation
• IT consulting and professional services
• Custom software and application development
• QA automation and testing services
• Managed IT services and technical support
Work Setup
• U.S.-based candidates only
• Northern Virginia preferred for occasional in-person collaboration
• Remote flexibility available
Compensation
This is a partnership role with no base salary
• Percentage of net profit from contracts won, executed, and paid
Support
• Collaborative team environment with shared responsibility
• Proposal, technical, and operational support provided as needed
• Team-based approach to remove blockers and meet deadlines
Requirements
