Overview
Join DMVTEK as a QA Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our software solutions. In this position, you’ll collaborate with development teams to design and execute comprehensive test plans, troubleshoot issues, and validate that our applications meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution:
  Develop detailed test plans and cases for functional, integration, and regression testing. Execute tests to identify bugs and verify that new features meet requirements.

• Defect Tracking & Reporting:
  Utilize bug tracking tools to document, report, and follow up on issues, working closely with developers for effective resolution.

• Automation & Manual Testing:
  Participate in both manual testing for user interface validation and automated testing to enhance efficiency and coverage.

• Collaboration:
  Work alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Contribute to process improvements in testing methodologies, tools, and overall quality assurance practices, with a focus on increasing product reliability and user satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), and defect lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desired Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
