02 Sourcing
Finding candidates who meet maximum percent of the job requirements and share goals, culture, and values of the hiring company is very important. Our first stop in this process is our employees’ database where we can possibly find multiple candidates who met the aforementioned conditions. At the same time, we advertise the job opening and begin collecting resumes from the job market. We have reliable experience in finding tech talents, especially those who are performing well at their current job but are not yet actively looking for new opportunities.
03 Screening
Finding the right tech talents from the large pool of applicants takes time and skill. We have the necessary skill and expertise to identify and compare the candidates skill set against the job checklist and select the best people.
04 Selecting
Once we have identified our shortlisted candidates we will schedule them for technical interviews. The interview could be over the phone, in a virtual setting, or in person depending on the requirements given. Each candidate may go through the interview process for multiple rounds until they get hired.
05 Hiring
Once the ideal candidate has been selected and approved by the employer, they will receive the official offer for employment. However, we never assume that this is going to be the end of the process. We always consider a possibility that the candidate may not accept the job offer. Thus, we keep track of the best candidates or new ideal candidates who could be contacted and interviewed immediately if we face such a situation. We will also help in motivating the best candidates via keeping close communication with them to remain engaged in the process and accept the offer from the hiring company. We perform reference checks on the candidates to ensure they meet the employer’s requirements for being effective team player and possessing tech skill sets.
06 Onboarding
Once the chosen candidates accepts the job offer and goes through the required reference and background checks, they will become your company IT employees or contractors. We do not leave you at this point! We have a quality assurance in place to support your company.
How exactly does our quality assurance system work? Let’s say the new employees who just joined your company has resigned within the first ten weeks of their employment.
