DMVTEK is seeking a highly motivated U.S. GovCon Proposal Specialist to identify federal contracting opportunities, evaluate solicitations, prepare proposals, and support business growth within the U.S. Government contracting market.

- Identify and track U.S. federal contracting opportunities
- Review solicitations and recommend bid/no-bid decisions
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and related documents
- Prepare compliance matrices and proposal outlines
- Draft technical and administrative proposal sections
- Coordinate required documents and certifications
- Manage proposal timelines and submissions
- Maintain the opportunity pipeline and proposal calendar
- Conduct agency, competitor, and market research
- Support capture planning before solicitations are released
- Maintain proposal templates and reusable content
- Assist with post-award and debrief documentation
Must-have experience and qualifications.
Candidates should meet the following baseline requirements for consideration.
- Experience supporting U.S. Government proposals
- Strong written and spoken English
- Familiarity with FAR and U.S. federal procurement terminology
- Experience with SAM.gov and federal solicitations
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
