Rahim is an entrepreneur, business leader, and technology professional who founded DMVTEK in 2018 to create workforce solutions that connect talent with opportunity. With a strong focus on leadership, workforce development, and business growth, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals build sustainable careers while supporting organizations in finding and developing skilled talent. As Founder and President of TEK School (2018-2025) and Founder & CEO of DMVTEK (2018-Present), Rahim has helped thousands of individuals receive technology training, supported hundreds in launching IT careers, and expanded access to education through scholarships and tuition assistance. Today, he continues to lead training, staffing, and consulting initiatives with a mission to strengthen both individuals and businesses.

Hamid is a business and technology leader with over 15 years of experience spanning Human Resources, Business Operations, Software Quality Engineering, and Workforce Development. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Information Technology and has earned multiple industry certifications, including ISTQB Foundation Level, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) Java, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and numerous certifications in software testing, automation, and technology. His diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between business objectives, workforce development, and technology solutions. As Co-Founder of DMVTEK, Hamid plays a key role in shaping training programs, student success initiatives, and workforce development strategies. Drawing on his experience in recruitment, employee development, software testing, and test automation, he helps students and professionals gain practical skills, prepare for interviews, and build successful careers in technology while supporting DMVTEK's mission of developing skilled talent for today's workforce.

She has directed branding and marketing campaigns, managed multi-platform digital communications, and contributed to the development and delivery of online learning and professional development programmes. With expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, API testing, performance testing using JMeter, Section 508 accessibility compliance testing, security testing, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Jenkins, Git, TestNG, Maven, and automation framework development, Sabawoon brings valuable real-world industry experience into the classroom. He is passionate about mentoring students and helping them develop the technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills required to succeed in software engineering and quality assurance careers. His teaching approach combines industry best practices with hands-on learning, preparing students to meet the evolving demands of today's technology landscape.

Ganjina is a Public Health professional and epidemiologist with over ten years of experience in health research, data management, and administrative leadership. She has worked with major international organizations, including Webuild S.p.A and Salini Impregilo S.p.A, specializing in documentation management, executive support, and multilingual communication. She currently serves as an Admissions Coordinator at DMVTEK (USA), managing the full admissions cycle and supporting international applicants. Ganjina is pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of Debrecen and is fluent in English, Russian, and Tajik.

Emal is a Software Test Automation Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience and more than 10 years specializing in software quality assurance, test automation, and enterprise application testing. An ISTQB Certified Tester, he has extensive experience designing and implementing automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, Maven, SQL, REST APIs, and modern testing practices. His expertise spans functional testing, regression testing, API validation, database testing, system integration testing, and Agile software delivery. With a strong passion for technology and education, Emal is committed to helping aspiring QA professionals build successful careers in the software industry. He combines deep technical expertise with practical mentorship, helping students develop industry-relevant skills, gain hands-on experience with modern testing tools, prepare for interviews, and confidently transition into software testing and automation roles.

Sear began his technology career after graduating from TEK School in 2021, joining Humana as a Manual QA Tester before advancing into test automation. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience with Tosca, Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), TypeScript, and Playwright, contributing to automation framework development, improving test efficiency, and expanding automation coverage across enterprise applications. In addition to his industry experience, Sear has served as both a Teaching Assistant and Instructor, mentoring aspiring QA professionals and helping students build strong foundations in software testing and automation. Through his work at DMVTEK, he has trained and supported students in QA fundamentals, test automation concepts, and career preparation, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the technology industry.

Ahmad Shekaib Akbary is a QA Software Engineer with experience in the IT industry since 2017. He holds the Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) Java and ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certifications and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering. His expertise includes software quality assurance, test automation, test planning, defect management, and delivering high-quality software solutions across various applications and environments. In addition to his work in software testing, Ahmad serves as a Java Instructor and mentor, helping students build strong programming fundamentals and develop practical software development skills. He is passionate about teaching object-oriented programming, Java application development, and industry best practices while guiding aspiring technology professionals toward successful careers in software engineering, quality assurance, and test automation.
